Energis is recruiting a Graduate IT Support Analyst to work with our busy manufacturing client who operate at an international level.
The successful Graduate Support Analyst will take ownership of Group Master Data Setup and assist with the support and delivery of IT Business Systems across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1 years experience who is looking to develop their career with a successful and growing business.
The role will be based at their Co Monaghan Site.
Responsibilities:
Setup, and maintain Group Product, Supplier & Customer Master Data in all IT Business Systems.
Map existing Master Data setup workflows and assist in identifying process and system gaps so process improvements can be proposed, agreed and implemented.
Assist in developing and implementing Master Data System Solution improvements to streamline the process and fulfil process gaps.
Provide 2nd Level software support for all IT Business Systems within his/her remit.
Assist in managing service level agreements between IT, business users and 3rd party providers.
Assist with on-site support of IT business system implementations and upgrades.
Develop software documentation and user training materials as required.
Criteria:
3rd level qualification in IT, Business or Supply Chain related discipline
Previous experience of Customer Service / Support
Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and follow workflow instructions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, results focused, able to work on own initiative and as part of a busy team.
Ability to multi-task with a flexible attitude to handling changing priorities.
Support outside normal working hours may be required to ensure business continuity
Desirable:
Previous work experience working with ERP Solutions or Master Data Setup
Salary is in the region of €20 – 30k depending on experience.
