Mechanical Technician

 Work Experience:

Minimum 5 Years hands on experience in Industries like Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer plant etc.

Communication & Competencies

Shall be able to Communicate well in written and spoken English

Skills Required:

·         Should have through knowledge and hands on experience with servicing of all types of Rotating equipment , Gear Box, Compressors, Turbine etc.

·         Through knowledge and hands on experience in servicing and testing of all types of valves.

·         Should have good understanding of Datasheet, Pneumatic hook-up and sectional drawings of rotating equipment, compressors, Gear boxes and all types of valves and internal parts.

·         Should be able to work individually.

·         Should be able to work operate and work on MS Windows and Computer application Software.

·         Should be certified for Rigging and EOT crane operation.

·         Should be certified for pressure testing process (Valves, Hoses, Pumps and Hydraulic items.)

Safety Requirement:

·         Should adhere to QAFCO safety system (Using PPE, Carrying Gas Mask etc.)

·         Should be well familiar with the hazardous chemicals/materials used in the petrochemical industries and means to perform the maintenance activity safely.

·         Knowledge about work permits system in large scale industries.

·         Should understand work within the framework of Company’s Health, Safety, Environment and quality policy and regulations.
