TMG Digital is a fast-growing Digital Advertisement Group with an ambitious and entrepreneurial culture. We have a number of junior level positions available to join our highly successful team in London.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience, but this isn’t a must as we will be providing market leading training. The successful candidate will receive a clear pathway to a bright and exciting future with us.

With the support of the directors, our junior broker’s primary role will be focused around prospecting and on-boarding new corporate customers.

Cold calling will be a primary and preferred method of engaging opportunities.

The successful candidates will be proactively engaging with key decision-makers of businesses with the aim of pairing them up with our clients via prestigious corporate events to close already pending deals.

You will become an expert in our company and build a book of your own clients via salesforce. We offer a market leading commission structure which will provide the opportunity to earn exceptionally and without limits to how much you can make.

What we are looking for:

Previous sales experience is preferred, but not essential

A second language is desirable but not essential

Ambitious and entrepreneurial mentality

A keen interest in financial markets, but not essential

Ability to generate new leads and make a high volume of outbound calls

Be able to prepare and present our value proposition

Hit daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s (call stats, deals and outbound activity)

Achieve monthly new business and total year revenue targets

Salary

£14,000 basic * + Commission + Bonus

Year 1 – £ 95,000 OTE

Year 2 – £180,000 OTE

Year 3 – £250,000 OTE
