Responsibilities

·        Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and per email.

·        Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

·        Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

·        Building and maintaining a CRM database.

·        Meeting daily, weekly, and month targets.

·        Participating in sales team meetings.

·        Conduct market research to identify potential market and evaluate customer needs.

·        Drafting and preparing appropriate sales materials.

·        Collaborate with team members to achieve targeted results.

·        Gathering feedback from customers and share it with the sales team.

·        Building rapport with customers.

·        Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market

·        Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement

·        Makes product appeal to the target market

Requirements

·        Proficiency in English.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.

·        Excellent customer service and sales skills.

·        Strong verbal and written communicator.

·        Excellent phone and presentation skills.

·        Independent, self-motivated and, results-driven.

·        Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. 

·        BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus.
