MCS Group is proud to be working with a national financial organisation as they look for a C# Developer to help with their new system development. This C# Developer will work on a new version of their traditional in house financial system, developing new stand alone modules as well as continuing development of the core modules. This contract C# Developer will have the opportunity to work flexible weeks to fit in around other personal projects and other clients.
The Role
You will work on their flagship in house system (a C# MVC Web Application).
You will assist the client in exploring new technology for the new application, ideally NodeJS and React.
While the client is happy for some work from home, they would prefer you were available for some on-site, face to face collaboration and to work with stakeholders on how best to proceed with the development.
The Person
You will be an experienced software engineer, with a strong C# / .Net background.
You will have excellent web technology experience (HTML / CSS / JavaScript) and solid experience of JavaScript frameworks (JQuery / Bootstrap / React).
The client will be using DevOps for automated deployment, so experience in this area would be greatly beneficial.
